Join OWL-founder and baker Susannah Gebhart in a workshop focused on the art and practice of pie making. Class participants will learn techniques for creating flaky, tender, and delicious crusts. Susannah will share her botanical-centered approach to making gravies, custards, and caramels that can be used in various pie applications. The class includes tastes of pies baked during the workshop, a small snack, and pie crust to take and use at home. Please bring a rolling pin and apron.
