Join OWL Bakery founder, Susannah Gebhart, in the kitchen to explore a variety of ways to incorporate interesting botanical elements into your baking practice. Using herbs, flowers, and spices of the season in creative ways allows us to connect with our environment as well as our creations deeply, using all of our senses. Participants will learn how to use herbs and other ingredients to give flavor and beauty to classic sweet and savory baked goods.
