April 13 & 14 — Asheville Bread Festival
Saturday Morning: The Bread Fair — Visit the Bread Fair to sample and purchase breads from OWL and other phenomenal bakeries from our region.
Saturday Afternoon: Attend a discussion and tasting with Maia Surdam, historian, co-owner of OWL, and our Bread Lead. Maia will be sharing her research on the historical connection between bread and beer, and talk about her efforts to incorporate history into OWL's bread program. Purchase tickets here.
